Gallery Crawl in the Cultural District

About: The fall Gallery Crawl in the Cultural District will return on Friday, September 23, 2022, from 5:30 p.m. to Midnight featuring an array of free events at Crawl Stops located in Pittsburgh Cultural Trust galleries, and other various outdoor and indoor locations and public spaces. This Crawl includes an exciting new Pittsburgh Paints initiative from Pittsburgh’s very own first lady Michelle Gainey at the Peirce Studio and the outdoor edition of the popular Crawl After Dark event: Silent Disco! Silent Disco will take place at the Backyard at 8th & Penn between 10:00 p.m. and midnight. Keep an eye out for the full event line-up along with the featured exhibits at the Trust galleries, which will be announced at trustarts.org/crawl on September 6th!

Three Stooges Film Festival at the Harris Theater

About: The Three Stooges Festival hosted by Pittsburgh Magazine’s very own Sean Collier will take place at the historic Harris Theater on September 17, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. The festival will include screenings of the Stooges’ six best short films, trivia, prizes, and an audience poll to determine who is the stronger Stooge between Curly or Shemp. Featured short films include Pop Goes the Easel, Grips Grunts and Groan, Three Little Pigskins, Brideless Groom, Fright Night, and Sing a Song of Sixpants. Each admission ticket also includes a free kazoo which guests are encouraged to use throughout the festival!
